Developed for lighting component manufacturers pursuing higher production efficiency and lower long-term operating costs, this 280-ton energy-saving cold chamber die casting machine delivers outstanding casting performance with significantly reduced per-unit energy consumption. It is ideal for lamp heat sink factories producing headlight, taillight and spotlight bases in high volumes, where electricity cost is a major factor in overall production expense.
It adopts a premium German PLC control system with color touch screen for precise monitoring and regulation of injection speed, pressure and all critical process parameters. The optimized fast injection profile and closed-loop control system greatly shorten overall cycle time, increasing daily output of lamp heat sink parts. At the same time, the high-efficiency energy-saving servo power system substantially reduces per-unit energy consumption compared to conventional fixed-displacement hydraulic machines, cutting long-term electricity costs for every lamp cooling base produced.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is equipped with premium European or Japanese oil seals to maintain reliable, leak-free operation with minimal maintenance. The clamping unit with precision mold height adjustment ensures even stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the high-flow valve + precision piston accumulator injection system delivers accurate, consistent casting quality across all types of lamp heat sink molds.
With its robust, durable structure and efficient oil cooling system, the machine offers a service life of 15 to 20 years and maintains stable performance even during extended continuous production. A mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an optional upgrade for further efficiency improvement and labor cost reduction.
