The machine adopts a newly reinforced frame structure, paired with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, which greatly improves overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity. This robust construction delivers stable, vibration-free casting performance even with frequent mold changeovers, ensuring consistent detail reproduction across every custom shift knob design. It is built for long-term reliable operation with a service life of 15 to 20 years.
At the control core is a German PLC system with a full-color touch screen HMI that supports multiple production recipe storage. Operators can save and recall dedicated parameter settings for each custom shift knob design with one click, minimizing setup time and ensuring consistent quality across different pattern and logo styles. Closed-loop control technology enables fine, precise adjustment of injection speed at every stage of mold filling, ensuring sharp, complete reproduction of fine engravings, relief patterns and logo edges with no blurring or incomplete fill. The control panel features a fault display function for fast troubleshooting and minimal downtime.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully programmable multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping, which effectively protects delicate engraved mold surfaces and fine detail cavities from impact damage, extending mold service life for custom shift knob tooling. Premium European or Japanese oil seals are used throughout the hydraulic system for dependable, long-lasting performance. The hydraulic die height adjustment system makes mold installation and changeover fast and labor-efficient, perfectly suited for the frequent mold switches typical of custom automotive accessory production. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function reduces operational energy consumption.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers accurate, steady injection performance that works seamlessly with various custom shift knob mold designs. An efficient oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic temperature for consistent casting quality. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for further automation upgrade.
