Engineered specifically for producing irregularly shaped, hollowed-out and intricately structured badges and brooches with thin walls and complex contours, this 88-ton hot chamber die casting machine delivers exceptional mold filling capability, ensuring complete, clean formation of delicate cutouts, narrow slots and fine decorative details.
The machine features a newly reinforced frame structure with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, delivering greatly improved overall rigidity and load-bearing performance. This high-strength structural design provides superior impact resistance and load stability during high-pressure die casting, maintaining accurate mold alignment even for complex badge molds with multiple side cores and inserts. For complex-shaped badges, this precise alignment is critical for preventing flash in narrow gaps and ensuring clean, sharp edges on hollowed-out sections.
It is equipped with an advanced German PLC control system and a high-resolution color touch screen, which allows operators to precisely monitor and control injection speed and pressure throughout the casting cycle. Closed-loop control technology enables ultra-precise multi-stage adjustment of injection speed, ensuring smooth, complete filling of thin walls, hollow sections and intricate decorative details without cold shuts or incomplete formation. The integrated fault display function on the control panel rapidly identifies electrical system abnormalities, helping operators resolve problems efficiently and maintain uninterrupted production.
The hydraulic system uses dual-proportional control to achieve multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, which protects delicate side cores and thin mold inserts from damage. High-quality European or Japanese oil seals are used throughout the hydraulic circuit for long-lasting, reliable sealing performance. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast, convenient mold installation and adjustment, saving setup time when switching between different complex badge designs. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces energy consumption during operation.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers fast, steady injection performance suitable for various complex badge mold designs. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable operating temperature for consistent part quality, and the machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an automation upgrade.
