Its hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional control to enable programmable multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping. This soft clamping approach effectively protects delicate fin cores, thin mold inserts and precision cavity surfaces from impact damage during mold closing, significantly reducing mold repair frequency and extending tool life for lamp heat sink production. All hydraulic seals are sourced from top European or Japanese brands, delivering reliable, leak-free performance and minimal maintenance needs over long-term operation.
The clamping unit with integrated die height adjustment distributes clamping stress evenly across the entire platen, eliminating uneven flash and maintaining accurate mold alignment throughout production runs. The injection system, equipped with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator, delivers consistent, repeatable shot performance and works seamlessly with various lamp heat sink mold designs, from single-cavity headlight bases to multi-cavity spotlight housings. The high-efficiency oil cooling system keeps hydraulic temperature stable, supporting a 15–20 year service life even under heavy production loads. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for further automation.
