Working Principle & Core Advantages
The machine utilizes the classic centrifugal casting principle—after molten zinc alloy is poured into the mould, high-speed rotation generates powerful centrifugal force that drives the liquid metal evenly and forcefully into every fine detail of the mould cavity. This process ensures finished products with excellent surface smoothness, delicate and flowing lines, precise pattern reproduction, and minimal porosity or defects—perfectly meeting the dual standards of aesthetic appeal and wearing comfort required for earrings.
On this basis, the machine is specially equipped with a Vacuum Assistance System, delivering three major improvements to the core casting process:
• Sharper, More Three-Dimensional Products: Under vacuum, air in the mould cavity is pre-evacuated, allowing the molten metal to fill without gas resistance or turbulence. This perfectly replicates the mould's finest surface textures, resulting in earrings with crisper edges, fuller curves, and significantly enhanced three-dimensionality.
• Significantly Higher Yield Rate: Effectively eliminates common casting defects caused by trapped gases—such as porosity, cold shuts, and incomplete filling—substantially reducing scrap rates and ensuring more stable, reliable output for every batch.
• Extended Mold Service Life: Vacuum casting reduces oxidation reactions and thermal shock damage between the molten metal and the mould cavity surface. This minimizes wear and solder sticking, effectively extending mould lifespan and reducing consumable costs over long-term production.
