Working Principle
The machine heats metal alloy (such as zinc alloy) in a temperature-controlled crucible until it reaches a molten state. The mold is then placed into the centrifugal chamber. When the machine starts rotating at high speed, strong centrifugal force pushes the molten metal evenly into every detail of the ocean-style button mold. After cooling and solidification, high-precision metal buttons with clear patterns and smooth surfaces are produced.
