Advanced closed-loop control technology realizes ultra-fine graded regulation of the entire injection cycle, ensuring smooth and complete filling of intricate fin arrays and internal mounting cavities without cold shuts or porosity defects. This guarantees consistent thermal conductivity of each finished street light housing, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of high-power LED chips. The simplified electrical circuit design maintains stable and reliable operation even in high-temperature workshop environments, and the built-in fault display function quickly identifies electrical system abnormalities to help operators troubleshoot efficiently and minimize production downtime.
