This 280-ton multi-functional cold chamber die casting machine is designed for flexible customized production of diversified aluminum alloy crankcase end covers, including different engine displacement models, fin-cooled style covers, oil-filter integrated covers, custom-branded engine side panels and non-standard power equipment end covers. Constructed with a versatile reinforced frame system matched with high-strength tie bars, enlarged positioning steel pins and thickened machine platens, the machine has greatly improved overall rigidity, shock resistance and load-bearing performance for 280-ton clamping force. The stable mechanical structure ensures no vibration or displacement during high-pressure die casting, maintaining consistent forming quality whether producing small-displacement engine end covers or larger multi-rib crankcase side panels. It has strong adaptability to medium-sized aluminum alloy engine components of different structures and cooling-fin designs, and stably supports long-term flexible switch production of customized power equipment parts.
Adopting a German PLC intelligent control system and high-definition color human-machine interface, the machine supports one-click storage and quick switching of multiple sets of production parameters. Operators can flexibly adjust injection speed and pressure according to the characteristics of different crankcase end cover molds, achieving targeted precision forming for products of different sizes and complexity levels. Closed-loop speed regulation technology ensures stable and accurate injection parameters, avoiding quality fluctuation caused by frequent model switching. The simplified electrical system runs stably in high-temperature environments, and the real-time fault display function ensures rapid fault diagnosis and efficient production recovery.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system has strong compatibility, supporting multi-stage thin-wall precise injection for lightweight end covers and high-pressure dense filling for heavy-duty structural covers, as well as low-pressure protective mold clamping for precision customized molds. Equipped with high-quality European and Japanese oil seals, the hydraulic system operates stably and leak-free for a long time under 280-ton working pressure. The flexible hydraulic die height adjustment system greatly shortens mold replacement and debugging time, improving the efficiency of multi-model crankcase end cover switch production. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces energy consumption during standby and operation, lowering production costs for customized multi-variety processing.
The uniform-stress clamping device and precise die height adjustment system ensure stable mold positioning and uniform force, adapting to various custom-shaped and conventional crankcase end cover molds. The injection unit composed of high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator provides accurate and adjustable injection volume and pressure, meeting the forming requirements of diversified customized aluminum alloy engine components. Equipped with an efficient oil cooling system, the equipment operates stably for a long time with a service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm can be configured to improve production flexibility and automation level.
