Enhanced Mechanical Rigidity

Featuring a newly enhanced rigid frame design paired with high-strength alloy tie bars, enlarged thickened anti-wear steel pins and thickened high-load platens, the machine delivers greatly improved overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity at 280 tons of clamping force. The high-stiffness structure minimizes thin-wall mold deformation and molten aluminum splashing during high-pressure forming, ensuring uniform thin-wall thickness and ultra-low internal porosity of engine side casings. Advanced Control System

Equipped with an imported German PLC core and full-color HMI touchscreen, the machine supports real-time precise monitoring and dynamic adjustment of injection speed and pressure. Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine graded adjustment of the injection process, ensuring fast, uniform filling of large-area thin-wall casing bodies and internal reinforcing rib structures, completely eliminating internal porosity and cold shuts. It significantly improves surface flatness and structural rigidity of finished lightweight engine side casings, preventing deformation and sealing failure under engine operating stress.
