Control Core

At its control core is a genuine German PLC system paired with a full-color human-machine interface touch screen that supports storage of multiple production recipes. Operators can recall dedicated parameter settings for each belt buckle style with one click, drastically reducing setup time and avoiding process drift during changeovers. Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine regulation of injection speed and pressure, ensuring stable, defect-free forming for every buckle style from small decorative pullers to large plate buckles. The control panel also features a built-in fault display function that quickly indicates electrical system abnormalities, helping operators resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system operates on dual-proportional control architecture to realize fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, protecting mold cavities from impact damage during frequent opening and closing. All hydraulic seals are sourced from premium European or Japanese brands for long-term reliable, leak-free performance. The hydraulic die height adjustment system makes mold installation and changeover significantly faster and more convenient, saving valuable time and labor for factories that produce a wide mix of belt buckle styles. Clamping and Injection Unit
