The machine adopts an upgraded reinforced frame structure, equipped with high-strength tie bars, thickened load-bearing platens and enlarged fixed pins. The overall structural rigidity and impact resistance are significantly improved, which can effectively offset strong pressure fluctuations during high-speed injection, avoid equipment vibration and deformation, and ensure stable long-term operation with a service life of 15 to 20 years.
Configured with German PLC core control and high-resolution color touch screen, the machine supports precise monitoring and independent parameter setting of injection speed and injection pressure. The intelligent circuit design simplifies complex electrical systems and maintains stable operation even in high-temperature workshop environments. The real-time fault display function helps operators quickly locate and solve equipment problems, ensuring continuous and efficient production.
Supported by dual-proportional hydraulic control technology, the machine realizes multi-stage variable-speed injection and low-pressure mold protection clamping, which is very suitable for delicate decorative molds with fine patterns. The whole hydraulic system is equipped with imported European and Japanese oil seals to ensure stable sealing performance, anti-aging and long service life. The hydraulic die height adjustment structure realizes fast and accurate mold installation, greatly improving the efficiency of frequent mold changes for multi-style fashion hardware.
The high-flow hydraulic valves and precision piston accumulator provide super stable injection output, ensuring clear pattern reproduction, smooth surface and uniform wall thickness of luggage and clothing hardware parts. The automatic pressure relief system reduces energy consumption, and the oil cooling system keeps the hydraulic system in a constant temperature state for stable mass production. An optional mold sweeping arm can be added to improve production efficiency and automation level.
