Silicone Rubber Mould Film High Temp For Low Melting Lead Alloy Centrifugal Casting Jewelry Pendant Moulding
This silicone rubber mould material is specially developed for precision mould making. It is widely used in the production of zinc alloy medals, ornaments, jewelry, handicrafts, badges, and other metal casting products. It is suitable for both small smooth items and larger zinc alloy products that require higher surface quality and fine detail reproduction.
This material features excellent flexibility and elongation, making it easier to shape during mould preparation and more convenient for demoulding after casting. It also offers good heat resistance, allowing stable performance under vulcanization and casting conditions. In addition, its high tear strength improves durability and significantly extends mould service life under repeated use.
This silicone rubber mould material achieves an excellent balance of hardness, flexibility, tear strength, and heat resistance. This balanced performance helps improve mould quality, casting stability, and overall production efficiency.
First, prepare glue A, glue B, and the master pattern before vulcanization. Next, pour and fill the mould with silicone material, and embed the master pattern into glue A. Glue A features high temperature resistance and is in direct contact with the pattern, while glue B acts as an auxiliary layer and does not contact the product.
Then proceed to vulcanization: place the assembled mould with the embedded pattern into a press moulding machine preheated to 160°C–170°C. Heat and press until the silicone rubber fully cures and the mould takes shape.
For a complete production solution, we recommend the following equipment:
Together, these machines form a complete production system for high-quality silicone moulds and precision metal casting products.
