Centrifugal Principle—High Detail Fidelity, Less Post-Processing
Molten zinc alloy is poured into the sprue, and high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force that drives metal into every cavity detail—including pin back post holes, fine lettering, and sharp rim edges. The resulting castings are dense and well-defined, reducing secondary finishing work such as grinding and polishing, and shortening delivery cycles.
