The equipment is equipped with an AC frequency inverter, PLC control system, automatic acceleration and deceleration, and an electromagnetic braking system. The spindle speed can be continuously adjusted from 50 to 1400 rpm, ensuring stable centrifugal force and repeatable casting performance for different product sizes and mould designs.
The semi-automatic operating system minimizes manual intervention, improves production efficiency, and ensures consistent casting quality throughout the manufacturing process.
After molten zinc alloy is poured into the central sprue of the mould, the machine automatically accelerates to the preset rotational speed. The centrifugal force evenly distributes the molten metal into every mould cavity, allowing complete filling of thin sections, embossed logos, engraved patterns, and detailed badge designs.
This process reduces porosity, shrinkage, and air entrapment while producing dense castings with excellent surface finish, precise dimensions, and sharp decorative details.
