The third-generation fully automatic centrifugal casting machine is the latest upgraded model in our centrifugal casting machine series. It is specially designed for the production of zinc alloy and lead alloy products, including fishing tackle, medals, jewelry, handicrafts, badges, souvenirs, garment accessories, and other precision cast items.
Upgraded Pneumatic Control System: Enhanced Stability & Concentricity
The third-generation model adopts a further upgraded automatic pneumatic control system, which maintains more continuous and stable air pressure during operation. This helps minimize mould plate positioning deviation and improve mould concentricity during high-speed rotation. Unlike the first-generation model, which is prone to mould eccentricity, the third-generation machine offers significantly better operational stability and casting consistency.
Added Mechanical Fixing Structure: Prevents Mould Displacement & Enhances Operator Safety
In addition to the upgraded pneumatic system, the third-generation machine is equipped with an added mechanical fixing structure inside the rotating chamber.
