This energy-saving and high-stability 88T hot chamber die casting machine is specially suitable for mass production of indoor hardware products, including bathroom sanitary fittings, furniture connecting hardware, cabinet decorative parts, door and window small fittings and household decorative zinc alloy parts. It features high molding accuracy, smooth casting surface and stable batch consistency, fully meeting the surface treatment requirements of subsequent electroplating, polishing and spraying.
With a reinforced heavy-duty frame, high-strength tie rods and thickened platens, the machine has excellent overall rigidity and pressure resistance. It can effectively resist repeated impact during long-term die casting production, reduce mechanical fatigue and deformation, and achieve ultra-long stable service life of 15–20 years, which is very suitable for fixed-line continuous production of furniture and bathroom hardware factories.
The machine is equipped with German PLC intelligent control system and color touch screen human-computer interaction interface, realizing full digital monitoring and precise control of injection speed and pressure. The advanced closed-loop speed regulation technology ensures that the injection process is stable and controllable, effectively avoiding defective products such as incomplete filling, shrinkage and trachoma on hardware surfaces. The real-time fault display function greatly improves equipment operation safety and maintenance efficiency.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping protection, effectively protecting expensive bathroom and furniture hardware molds. Imported high-quality European and Japanese oil seals are adopted for all hydraulic sealing positions to ensure zero leakage and stable hydraulic power output throughout the year. The hydraulic mold height adjustment device makes mold calibration and replacement more convenient and labor-saving.
The high-flow valve group and precision piston accumulator ensure accurate, uniform and stable injection, adapting to various complex mold cavities of sanitary ware and furniture hardware. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system greatly reduces invalid energy consumption. Equipped with an industrial-grade oil cooling system, the machine maintains stable hydraulic temperature and consistent product quality during long working hours. Users can select the optional mold sweeping arm to realize automated cycle production.
