Fully Automatic Casting Machine with Jewelry Necklace Centrifugal Casting Equipment
The third-generation fully automatic centrifugal casting machine is the latest upgraded model in our centrifugal casting series. It is specially designed for the production of zinc alloy and lead alloy precision castings, widely used in costume jewelry necklaces, handicrafts, garment accessories, and other small precision metal components.
The upgraded third-generation model features an enhanced automatic pneumatic control system, which ensures more stable and continuous air pressure during operation. This significantly reduces mold plate positioning deviation and improves mold concentricity during high-speed rotation. Compared with the first-generation model, which is more prone to eccentric rotation issues, the third-generation machine delivers much higher stability and more consistent casting quality.
