This 88T high-precision hot chamber die casting machine focuses on fine-detail casting production and is widely used for manufacturing zinc alloy badges, commemorative souvenirs, metal craft ornaments, decorative plaques, artistic accessories and various personalized decorative castings. It has outstanding advantages in reproducing fine lines, relief patterns and ultra-thin wall structures, providing high-quality blanks for subsequent coloring, enamel and electroplating processes.
The machine adopts an upgraded reinforced structural design, including thickened main platens, high-strength tie bars and reinforced positioning pins. The overall rigidity and structural stability are comprehensively enhanced, which can effectively resist high-pressure injection impact, reduce equipment vibration and deformation, and support 15–20 years of long-term stable industrial production.
Equipped with original German PLC control system and high-definition color touch screen, the machine can accurately monitor and independently adjust injection speed and injection pressure in real time. The optimized circuit structure improves the stability of equipment operation in high-temperature environments. The intelligent fault display system can quickly feed back equipment abnormalities, helping operators eliminate hidden dangers in time and ensure continuous production.
Based on dual-proportional hydraulic control technology, the machine realizes multi-stage precision injection and low-pressure soft clamping, which can well protect fine craft molds and ensure complete and clear reproduction of pattern details. All hydraulic seals use high-quality European and Japanese accessories to ensure reliable sealing performance, aging resistance and long service life. The hydraulic die height adjustment function realizes fast and precise mold installation, greatly improving the production efficiency of multi-variety customized craft parts.
The injection unit composed of high-flow hydraulic valves and precision piston accumulator provides stable, accurate and repeatable injection volume and speed, perfectly adapting to various complex craft mold designs. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system effectively reduces production power consumption. The matched oil cooling system ensures constant temperature operation and stable product quality. An optional mold sweeping arm is available to further improve production automation and efficiency.
