This 88T high-precision hot chamber die casting machine focuses on fine-detail casting production and is widely used for manufacturing zinc alloy badges, commemorative souvenirs, metal craft ornaments, decorative plaques, artistic accessories and various personalized decorative castings. Equipped with original German PLC control system and high-definition color touch screen, the machine can accurately monitor and independently adjust injection speed and injection pressure in real time. The optimized circuit structure improves the stability of equipment operation in high-temperature environments. The intelligent fault display system can quickly feed back equipment abnormalities, helping operators eliminate hidden dangers in time and ensure continuous production.
Based on dual-proportional hydraulic control technology, the machine realizes multi-stage precision injection and low-pressure soft clamping, which can well protect fine craft molds and ensure complete and clear reproduction of pattern details.
