The third-generation fully automatic centrifugal casting machine is our latest upgraded model, specially developed for high-efficiency production of Zamak (zinc alloy) lapel pins, climbing-themed badges, medals, souvenirs, and other precision metal products. Featuring an integrated melting and casting system, it delivers stable performance, high productivity, and consistent casting quality, making it an ideal solution for modern metal casting manufacturers.
This machine is designed for precision casting of Zamak and other low-melting-point alloys. It is widely used for manufacturing climbing lapel pins, medals, badges, commemorative coins, jewelry, keychains, refrigerator magnets, garment accessories, handicrafts, fishing tackle, and various customized decorative metal products.
The third-generation model features an upgraded fully automatic pneumatic clamping system that provides continuous and stable air pressure throughout the casting process. This significantly improves mold positioning accuracy and concentricity during high-speed rotation, minimizing mold offset and ensuring more stable operation than conventional centrifugal casting machines.
To further improve operational reliability, the machine incorporates an upgraded mechanical mold-locking structure inside the rotating chamber. This securely fixes the mold during high-speed operation, effectively preventing mold displacement or accidental ejection caused by imbalance. The reinforced safety design protects both operators and equipment while ensuring consistent casting quality.
