This 88T equipment produces high-density, well-finished zinc alloy sports medals with reinforced ribbon loops and crisp event artwork, supporting race organizers in delivering memorable finisher awards.
Built on an upgraded integral frame with high-strength tie bars, precision steel pins and thickened platens, the machine delivers outstanding rigidity and anti-vibration stability at 88 tons of clamping force. This stiff structure suppresses equipment vibration and mold micro-jitter during high-pressure injection, preventing relief blur and ribbon-loop weakness in sports medals. It ensures consistent relief depth, uniform medal thickness and reliable loop strength across every zinc alloy sports medal.
Equipped with an imported German PLC and color HMI, the machine provides visualized control of injection speed and pressure. Closed-loop speed regulation ensures smooth filling of event artwork, course details and ribbon-loop structures without surface defects. The electrical system is simplified for high-temperature workshop operation, and real-time fault display speeds up troubleshooting.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports flexible multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping, protecting fine relief cavities and loop core pins. Premium European and Japanese oil seals ensure long-term leak-free operation. Hydraulic die height adjustment speeds up mold change between event designs. The energy-saving pressure-relief function optimizes hydraulic power use.
Uniform clamping force and accurate mold positioning eliminate flash, thickness variation and loop deformation. The high-flow valve plus accumulator injection unit adapts to round, rectangular and custom sports medal shapes. Efficient oil cooling maintains stable hydraulic performance, with 15 to 20 year service life. Optional robotic arm.
