This 88T equipment produces ultra-smooth, void-free zinc alloy award medal castings, reducing post-processing and improving plating yield for corporate and institutional award programs.
Featuring a rigid frame with high-strength tie bars, thickened anti-wear steel pins and extra-thick platens, the machine delivers high rigidity at 88 tons of clamping force. The stiff structure minimizes mold micro-vibration and zinc splashing during injection, ensuring flat back surfaces, uniform face quality and ultra-low surface porosity on award medals. It achieves plating-grade smoothness combined with crisp relief detail for premium finishing.
The imported German PLC and color HMI allow real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of injection parameters. Closed-loop graded filling ensures smooth, uniform relief surfaces and engraved fields, eliminating pinholes and flow marks that cause plating defects. The electrical system is built for high-temperature foundry use, and intelligent fault display cuts downtime.
Dual-proportional hydraulic control delivers precise multi-stage filling and low-pressure buffered clamping, balancing plating-surface quality with relief protection. European and Japanese seals ensure long-term leak-free operation. Hydraulic die height adjustment speeds up mold change between award designs. The energy-saving relief function reduces idle power draw.
Uniform mold stress prevents warpage, flash and relief distortion. The accumulator injection system fills award medal molds consistently. Oil cooling stabilizes hydraulic temperature for long production runs, with 15 to 20 year service life. Optional robotic arm.
