Optimized for producing two-sided relief zinc alloy challenge coins for corporate recognition, unit traditions, sports team tokens and collector souvenirs, this 88-ton hot chamber die casting machine targets precise front-back artwork registration and high-relief detail. Challenge coins require perfectly registered obverse and reverse designs, sharp edge reeding, consistent thickness and premium finish; front-back misalignment or weak relief diminishes collectibility and prestige. This 88T equipment achieves high-precision two-sided forming of zinc alloy challenge coins with registered artwork and crisp edge detail.
Equipped with a fatigue-resistant frame, upgraded tie bars, thickened steel pins and load-bearing platens, the machine delivers high rigidity and mold alignment stability for two-sided coin production. During long-cycle high-pressure casting, it maintains consistent front-back registration and coin thickness across every challenge coin, reducing mechanical fatigue during uninterrupted batch runs.
The German PLC core and color HMI enable one-click parameter recipe storage and recall. Closed-loop holding pressure ensures sharp, well-defined relief on both coin faces without porosity or detail loss. The electrical system runs reliably in high-temperature environments, and built-in fault display alerts operators quickly.
Dual-proportional hydraulics support multi-stage injection and low-pressure anti-collision clamping for precision two-sided coin molds. Premium seals ensure leak-free operation. Hydraulic die height adjustment shortens mold change between challenge coin designs. The energy-saving function reduces idle consumption.
Uniform clamping stress ensures front-back registration and consistent thickness. The accumulator injection unit fills two-sided relief coin molds reliably. Oil cooling stabilizes hydraulic temperature for long runs, with 15 to 20 year service life. Optional robotic arm.
