Phone kickstands undergo repeated folding, rotating and phone-loading stress in daily use, requiring strong hinge structures, stable ring-frame rigidity and durable pivots to avoid cracking, wobbling or collapse. This 88T equipment produces high-density, void-free zinc alloy spinning kickstand castings with reinforced fold joints and load-bearing ring frames, ensuring reliable daily-use durability.
Featuring a rigid frame with alloy tie bars, thickened anti-wear pins and high-load platens, the machine delivers high stability at 88 tons of clamping. It minimizes mold micro-vibration during injection, ensuring uniform wall thickness, dense hinge zones and low internal porosity on spinning phone kickstands. Extended holding pressure eliminates shrinkage at fold-joint thick sections, preventing hinge cracking under repeated folding.
The imported German PLC and color HMI provide real-time parameter monitoring and graded filling control. Precise multi-stage injection ensures complete hinge cavities, load-bearing ring frames and decorative rotating details without cold shuts or internal voids. The electrical system is built for foundry environments, with intelligent fault diagnosis.
Dual-proportional hydraulics balance dense hinge filling with mold protection. European and Japanese seals ensure long-term leak-free operation. Hydraulic die height adjustment speeds up changeover between kickstand designs. The energy-saving relief function reduces operating costs.
Uniform clamping stress prevents hinge deformation and ring-frame warpage. The accumulator injection unit fills kickstand molds consistently. Oil cooling stabilizes temperature for long production runs, with 15 to 20 year service life. Optional robotic arm.
