Built on an upgraded integral frame with high-strength tie bars, precision steel positioning pins and thickened load-bearing platens, the machine delivers outstanding rigidity and anti-vibration stability at 88 tons of clamping force. This stiff structure suppresses mold micro-jitter during high-pressure injection, preventing flow lines, ripple marks and gas pores on visible zipper pull surfaces. It ensures uniform, delicate texture across every zinc alloy zipper pull, meeting the fine appearance requirements of luxury fashion hardware and supporting continuous mass production of plating-grade pulls.
Equipped with an imported German PLC and high-definition color HMI, the machine provides visualized control of injection speed and pressure. Closed-loop speed regulation performs ultra-fine filling control, ensuring smooth, steady formation of curved pull surfaces, rounded edges and decorative recessed zones without defects. The electrical system is simplified for high-temperature workshop use, and real-time fault display speeds up troubleshooting.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system achieves flexible multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping, protecting polished mold surfaces from scratches. Premium European and Japanese seals ensure leak-free operation without oil contamination risk. Hydraulic die height adjustment simplifies mold changeover between pull styles. The energy-saving pressure-relief function optimizes hydraulic power use.
Uniform clamping force and accurate mold positioning eliminate flash, wall-thickness variation and surface warping. The high-flow valve plus accumulator injection unit adapts to various shaped and decorative zipper pull designs. Oil cooling stabilizes hydraulic performance, with 15 to 20 year service life.
