Product Introduction / INTRODUCTION
This series of products is widely used for the inspection of product appearance and airtightness. It integrates functions such as automatic bottle feeding, automatic inflation, pressure detection, and automatic rejection of defective items. Equipped with photoelectric detection, the system allows synchronized and adjustable speeds for conveying, bottle input, bottle output, and leak testing turntables, ensuring smooth and stable bottle handling with accurate rejection. The plastic bottle leak detection system can be seamlessly integrated into the customer's existing bottling production line. It is capable of detecting defects as small as 0.1 mm holes, neck blockages, neck ellipticity issues, and variations in wall thickness.
