wrap-around case packer is a high-speed packaging machine designed to form a corrugated cardboard case around a product or a group of products (such as bottles, cans, cartons, or multipacks). Unlike traditional case packers that load products into pre-formed cases, the wrap-around machine wraps a flat blank of cardboard directly around the product, forming a tight, secure case.

Product-Centric Forming: The case is formed around the product, ensuring a snug fit that minimizes movement during transportation.

Integrated Operation: Combines case forming, product grouping, loading, and sealing (usually via hot melt adhesive) into a single continuous process.
How It Works:
Product Collation: Products (e.g., 12 bottles, 24 cans) are grouped into the desired pattern.
Blank Feeding: A flat corrugated blank is pulled from a magazine.
Wrapping: The blank is wrapped around the collated products.
Sealing: The side seam and end flaps are folded and sealed with glue, creating a sturdy case without requiring a separate "box" to be pre-made.
Advantages:
Cost Efficiency: Corrugated blanks are cheaper to purchase and store than pre-assembled cases (RSCs).
Material Savings: Reduces corrugated material usage by approximately 15–20% because it eliminates overlapping flaps and uses a "tight fit" design.
