Gravity Drop Mechanism: Products are precisely grouped and dropped vertically into an open carton blank below. This layout ensures stable handling, precise placement, and a compact footprint.
Continuous & High-Speed Operation: Featuring a drop-type horizontal loading and bottom-fed blank system, it supports continuous operation with speeds typically ranging from 10 to 25 cases per minute.
Advanced Servo Control: Driven by multi-axis servo motors and a centralized PLC, the machine guarantees accurate timing for product infeed, carton forming, and hot-melt glue sealing.
High Flexibility: The modular design allows for quick and tool-less changeovers to accommodate various carton sizes and product arrangements, significantly reducing production downtime.
Reliable Sealing & Safety: Equipped with premium hot-melt glue systems, it ensures secure folding and sealing for both top and bottom flaps. The solid steel frame and safety guarding ensure stable, low-noise operation and compliance with international safety standards.
