1. What do I receive when ordering this private label TPU film?

Standard rolls are 1.52x15M, slit to your requested width before packing. OEM buyers receive custom printed retail boxes with their own logo, and free cut sizes are available so every roll matches the lengths your installers actually use.

2. Will removing the film damage the paint or leave adhesive behind?

The film is laminated with Ashland pressure sensitive adhesive designed for automotive clear coat. When removed by an experienced installer, it peels off without sticky residue and does not lift or fade the factory paint underneath.

3. What is the MOQ and can different series be mixed in one order?

Our standard MOQ is one roll, so new partners can evaluate quality first. Container orders may combine several series and finishes, for example 8.5mil clear with matte black or colored PPF, to build the assortment your market needs.

4. How long does the film last and how does heat repair work?

The series carries up to an 8 year warranty against yellowing, cracking and peeling under normal use. Minor scratches and swirls in the topcoat gradually fade when the film is warmed by sunlight, hot water or a heat gun, because the elastic TPU layer returns toward its original shape.

5. Can I receive samples and test the film before bulk production?

Sample orders are welcome before any bulk commitment. OEM partners can also request sample boxes with their logo printed, so packaging quality is confirmed ahead of mass production. Contact us with your target market and we will recommend a suitable thickness and finish.
