Features two-way circulating moving surface discharge with arc width reaching 60 mm and arc height reaching 80 mm. Effective ignition gap range of 3~22 mm provides large arc energy and stable ignition, compared to conventional igniters with only 6~10mm gap that are prone to displacement and failure.
Each unit is equipped with two mutually independent electrodes. If one electrode fails, the other can still complete reliable ignition, providing redundant safety compared to conventional single-electrode products.
It utilizes 3YC52 alloy with specialized heat treatment process, providing exceptional resistance to high temperature creep and deformation. This significantly extends service life under long-term flare working conditions compared to ordinary 304 stainless steel electrodes.
