A ground flare is professional environmental protection equipment designed for safe combustion and venting of industrial waste gas. Unlike elevated flares, it completes waste gas combustion at low height. Modern factories utilize enclosed smokeless flameless ground flare towers, where the shell shields the flame to prevent light pollution, making them suitable for factories in densely populated areas.
The unit employs multi-stage burners to adjust operating sections according to waste gas flow. Waste gas is distributed to each combustion nozzle via valves, and the control system triggers automatic ignition based on flow and pressure signals. The tower lining consists of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, capable of enduring temperatures above 1400℃ continuously.
Equipped with a surrounding windproof wall, the system prevents wind disturbance, blocks thermal radiation, and absorbs combustion noise. The barrier also prevents accidental access by people and animals to ensure site safety.
