Biogas flare specialized equipment designed for the safe incineration of biogas. It oxidizes methane into carbon dioxide and water under high temperature conditions, effectively eliminating explosion risks while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This system is widely applied in sewage treatment plants, livestock farms, landfill sites, kitchen waste treatment plants, and biopharmaceutical facilities.
The biogas flare operates steadily even under unstable biogas output conditions, making it suitable for both continuous venting and emergency discharge scenarios.
Auto-ignition triggered by pressure sensor with automatic shutdown when gas pressure is low. Equipped with high-energy igniter and pilot burner. Real-time flame monitoring cuts gas supply immediately upon flameout detection. Built-in flame arrester provides comprehensive anti-backfire and power-failure protection.
Achieves combustion efficiency ≥98% with smokeless operation and no exposed flame. The combustion chamber maintains temperature at 850-1000℃ to minimize NOx generation. Operating noise remains below 80dB for minimal environmental impact.
Shell constructed from 304 stainless steel with burner head made of 310S heat-resistant alloy steel. Lined with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for superior heat insulation and noise reduction. Outer surface temperature maintained at ≤60℃ for safe operation.
