Handling Notes
Electrostatic Protection: Use anti-static bracelets and grounded tools. Work in 50%-60% relative humidity. Avoid touching pins, IC chips, or FPC patterns directly.
Cleaning Instructions: Clean polarizer surface with Scotch Mending Tape No. 810 or equivalent. Do not use water, ethyl alcohol, ketone, or aromatic solvents.
Soldering Requirements: Soldering temperature ≤260℃, soldering time 3-4 seconds per pin, no more than 3 repetitions. Remove residual flux after soldering.
Storage Conditions: Store in anti-static vacuum bags with desiccant at 0℃~30℃, humidity ≤60%. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Reseal after partial use.
Power Sequence: Power-on: VCI/VDDIO → Initialization → VCC → Display ON. Power-off: Display OFF → VCC → VCI/VDDIO. Avoid fixed-pattern display for over 30 seconds.
Mechanical Protection: Do not apply excessive pressure to the glass panel or bend FPC forcibly. Shield the driver IC from light in product design.
Overcurrent Protection: Install 0.5A fuse in the VDD power circuit to prevent damage from excessive current.
