Handling Notes
Electrostatic Protection: Use anti-static bracelets and grounded tools during handling. Avoid assembly in dry environments (recommended relative humidity 45%~60%). Do not touch pins, FPC patterns or polarizer directly with bare hands.
Cleaning Instructions: The polarizer surface is fragile and scratch-prone. Clean with soft cotton cloth soaked in petroleum IPA (isopropyl alcohol). Do not use water, ethyl alcohol, ketone or aromatic solvents—they may damage the polarizer.
Storage Conditions: Store in anti-static containers at 23±5℃, humidity ≤45±20%RH. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature/humidity or low temperature environments. Use modules within 6 months; recheck performance if stored over 12 months.
Operation Precautions: Follow power-on sequence (VDD → RST initialization → A0/CS/SCL/SDA setup → VCC → Display ON) and power-off sequence (Display OFF → VCC OFF → VDD OFF). Do not apply signals when power is off; avoid fixed pattern display for long periods.
Soldering Tips: Welding temperature: 320~350℃; Welding time: ≤10 seconds per pin. Do not stay too long in the same place to avoid FPC damage. Use flux carefully to prevent corrosion of pins.
Mechanical Protection: Do not crush, shake or jolt the module. Do not apply excessive force on the glass panel or bend FPC forcibly (bending radius ≥5 mm).
