It features 5.0V DC logic supply voltage, 4.7V DC LCD driving voltage, 16(characters)×2(line) standard display format, 8-bit parallel 16-pin interface, 1/16 Duty & 1/5 Bias driving method and 6 O'clock viewing direction. Equipped with yellow-green backlight (3.0V±0.2V, IF=15mA), it has excellent wide temperature adaptability (-20~70℃ operating, -30~80℃ storage) with ±0.2mm precise tolerance and RoHS compliance.
