YE0130S3-X1 is a 1.3-inch active matrix EPD electronic paper display module with 144(H)*200(V) resolution and 188PPI high pixel density. It supports 1-bit BWR full-color display and adopts bi-stable & pure reflective technology for ultra-wide viewing angle and high contrast. Equipped with SSD1680 driver IC, on-chip display RAM, OTP waveform storage, temperature sensor and SPI serial interface (3/4-wire selectable). Operating at 3.0V typical voltage, deep sleep current as low as 3μA, update power consumption 40mAs@25°C. Module dimension 24.69*36.64*1.05mm, weight 1.6±0.2g, with hard-coat antiglare surface.
