Water based paint is relatively green compared with oil based paint, and the explosion performance can be lowered to choose non ex-proof motor when grinding. While the white color has different requirement. Some require the color is pure white. Most steel material can change the white color with grey after grinding many times, because of the metal contamination. Ceramics materials is valid to avoid metal contamination, to ensure the white color unchangable. Meanwhile the temperature control is better, it's obviously different especially for the seasons, places and countries with high temperature. In addition, the assembly structure owns two patent technologies, ensuring ceramics inner chamber not to be crashed. At last, ceramics has greater wear resistance, to make sure the longer work life of grinding chamber.
