The main introduction:
1. High independent technology: This Sand grinding mills are main consists of chamber and disc dispersing system. The double end mechanical sealing with independent technology could resistant to more than 1600 kinds of solvents.
2. Urtra fineness: The series have great flow rate and super fine discharging, the finally fineness can be reach 1um for D90 .
3. Better Cooling system:The cooling efficiency is better than normal mills because the sectional double spiral water course is more beneficial to heat exchange.
4. High Efficiency: The grinding efficiency is higher 15-30% than traditional mill machines; the combined disperser can rapidly increase dispersing efficiency.
5. Different materials chosed for inner chamber and dispersing discs: All the materials of contact parts could be chose from wearable steel, stainless steel, PU and ceramics for meeting different requirements.
6. Bigger and Smaller grinding media for different needs: The grinding media is extremely from 0.3-3.0mm are suitable for this series mills. We recommend the 95% zirconium beads. The discharging is great flow with bigger screen rings which can be easily cleaned and removed.
7. Widely application used: This Super series are widely used in coating and paint, pigment, pesticide and agro-chemical industry, Pigment and dyestuffs, Printing inks, Gravure inks, food and food processing,non-metallic minerals.
