Dynamic discharging sand mills are commonly used in high viscosity slurry, which is often not easy to discharge with static manner. as well as commonly use in thermotropic slurry. we have many successful experience in recalling to redesign the inner dispersing and discharging system.
The main feactures of dynamic discharg sand mill:
1.more smoothly discharging even if its high viscosity slurry or thermotropic slurry
2. dynamic discharge from side of mechanical seal, lower the pressure of mechanical seal side, helps the meachinical seal less vounlerable to damage, the worklife of mechanical seal is longer and more stable
3. not suitable for finished size which required to reach less than 20um
4. higher production efficiency with lower energy cost and labor cost.
