The characteristics of the mixer:
1. This product relies on the function of spiral to make the raw materials in the barrel constantly stirring to achieve the effect of mixing materials and colors, spiral circulation stirring makes the raw materials mix more evenly and quickly.
2. Another receiving hopper is set at the bottom of the hopper to receive the discarded raw materials directly, and another feeding pipe is sent directly and quickly to the return port to be mixed into the raw materials. It is suitable for the mixing and stirring of various plastic raw materials and color master, and the mixing effect of new and old materials and color master is better (also suitable for the mixing of the materials).

Use method of mixing machine:
1. Idling the machine before starting the machine to check whether the machine is running normally.
2. Set stirring time after normal operation.
3. Pour the material into the port. (Add the material to the middle of the viewing port, not too full)
4. After stirring evenly, open the feed port and release.
Matters needing attention in the work of mixer:
1. Do not open the cover when the machine is running.
2. The machine shall be maintained after 2-3 months of operation.
