Features of hollow board production line:
1. Advanced technology and concept of the whole production line, fast production line speed, extruder with high speed screw, high capacity;
2. Special and unique design of die, calibration unit, cooling unit system and vacuum exhaust system to ensure high speed of extrusion and calibration; more resistant to wear and tear, better dust removal, good calibration and easier operation;
3. Special design of the annealing furnace for easier adjustment of the flatness of the sheet;
4. The surface shape of the traction rollers can be designed according to the customer's requirements
5. The anti-UV layer can be designed as single or double side, and the surface layer can be designed as embossed treatment or smooth treatment.
