Brief introduction:
SPC plastic floor pruduction line can process with PVC and calcuim powder as main raw material .The raw materials are produced by plasticizing and extruding sheets ,four-roll calendering hot-film decorative layer and abrasion-resistantlayer,directly heat-applying the bottom pad and sound-absoring layer , and then undergoing UV abrasion treatment, slitting and slotting.The biggiest difference between it and traditiona flooring is enviromentally friendly zero formaldehyde , wear-resistant and fireproof.
SPC WPC Flooring Major Characteristic:
1.Waterproof and Fire-retardant
The SPC Flooring is 100% waterproof and ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and basements. The fire-retardant properties causes flames to go out automatically after 5 seconds and will not produce toxic or harmful gases.
2.Health, Safety and Environment
Say goodbye to formaldehyde, mildew and bacteria. This product has passed the test for more than 179 different types of hazardous materials and other chemicals. Different from regular vinyl floor, there is no plasticiser inside, so it is more environmentally friendly.
3.Heat/Cold Resistance
SPC flooring will not curl in most temperatures or environments. SPC flooring can withstand temperature differences ranging between -75°C to 80°C. The dimensional stability is brilliant.
Production process and equipment composition
Conical Twin-screw extruder→Four-roll calender→Cooling rack→Side trimmer→Haul off roller→Stacker
Application:
SPC flooring stands for Stone Plastic Composite. The main component is lime stone (calcium carbonate)+ PVC Powder + Stabilizer. Different from regular vinyl floor, there is no plasticiser inside,so it is more environmentally friendly. SPC flooring mainly structured with the UV Coating ,abrasion resistant paper ,decorative paper film and core board. Meanwhile IXPE& CORK option available for high end usage.WPC flooring means Wood Plastic Composite.WPC floor is designed to offer better foot feels with more stable quality.WPC flooring is ideal for every room in the house - including kitchens, basement, and even full bathrooms, because it is 100% waterproofs.Luxury vinyl flooring offers the look of real wood or tile with the exceptional durability and performance that only a luxury vinyl floor can provide.Due to the feature of 100% waterproofs, it can be installed everywhere kitchens, basement even full bathrooms.
