    PVC WPC wall panel line can be used to produce 300mm-600mm wide WPC wall panel.WPC wall panel is mainly made of PVC resin powder,calcium powder andwood powder, without any paint use ,thus achieving a real "zero formaldehyde ,sound insulation,environmental protection."
    PVC integrated wall panels can be used as decorative wall panels, partitions, door and window frames, etc., and are widely used in the decoration of hotels, teaching buildings, commercial buildings, kitchens, and bathrooms. It is an excellent substitute for traditional wall decoration materials.
 
Features of PVC integrated wall panel:
1. Convenient installation, the snap-fit assembly method makes the seams tighter and smoother, which overcomes the shortcomings of large seams of other materials and unevenness after installation.
 
2. It adopts a hollow structure and a small heat transfer coefficient, which is only one-thousandth of that of aluminum. The heat preservation effect is remarkable, especially for air-conditioning environments.
 
3. The formula has good corrosion resistance and can be used in humid environments.
 
4. Fire-resistant and flame-retardant, and pass the fire-proof test.
 
5. Strength, resistance to discoloration, and aging resistance for 30 years.
The equipment is composed of SJSZ twin-screw extruder, sizing table, tractor, cutting machine, and automatic pusher. It is controlled by PLC microcomputer and has the characteristics of high automation, good plasticization effect, and high output.

1. Develop an automatic system for the lack of material in the feeder bin. The feeder has an overload protection system.
 
2. Use imported electrical control systems such as Yaskawa or Sino-foreign joint venture Zhongcheng inverters, Omron temperature control meters, French Schneider contactors, relays, etc., Wafangdian bearings, German imported oil seals, gearboxes and other mechanical transmission systems, traction The rubber block of the machine adopts high-quality, anti-aging rubber block, and the tractor has a protective baffle.
