This machine is used to wind all kind plastic pipes automatically cutting and changing the bobbins without stopping. It could save lots of manpower and decrease the production cost.

Leading device:SUS304 roller guide pillar with internal built-in self-lubricating bearing.
Auto-spool position changing:When one spool is full, auto clamping and cutting tube, auto leading onto another spool.
Humanized design, cutting blade can be changed quickly.
Traverse arranging:Traverse arranging distance 0-600mm, traverse arranging sliding rail is precision ball screw, driven by servo motor, optical fiber sensor control traverse arranging reversing.
Traverse arranging motor:“Co-Trust” servo motor/driver, 0.75KW × 1set
Winding motor:“Co-Trust” servo motor/driver, 3.0KW × 2sets
Winding line speed:Max.80m/min.
Length counting: Meter counter installed in the first group of leading rolling wheel group, adopt contact type meter counting wheel and rotary encoder counting mode, when the winding length close to the requires, it will alarm with sound and light, and accuracy of the length counting ≤0.1%.
Tube/wire specification:Tubing, DN 4 - 40mm
