Die head: Is designed by our own R&D department, manufactured and assembled by our assembling center, to ensure the confidentiality of the core technology and the manufacturing precision, and at the same time facilitate the later debugging and maintenance. Using 38CrMoALA, 42CrMo and other high-quality materials, made by precision machining and heat treatment. Excellent flow channel technology and precise machining accuracy, make the color change and material change more efficient. From dark to white, normally can be completed within 3hours.
