The CVJP19C3 high-spray vehicle adopts the Mercedes-Benz Actros 3343 6×4 chassis, and the upper vehicle adopts a full-slewing structure with the first arm (2 sections) + front crank + rear crank. Each movement mechanism is electrically controlled and hydraulically driven, so that the car has the characteristics of simple operation, flexible action, safety and reliability, and strong practicability. The vehicle has the function of automatic deceleration and stop at the extreme position, and adopts wireless computer remote control, which makes the operation fast, labor-saving, convenient and stable, and has a large speed range, micro-movement, and accurate movement. The effective coordination of the straight telescopic boom and the curved boom has excellent high-altitude obstacle crossing ability.

2. The fire protection system has perfect functions.
1) Advanced system configuration: CB10/100-RSD fire pump produced by American Hill Company and Amilong PLKD120ZB-3480 (3480+5178+738) electronically controlled fire monitor are used. The pump is driven by a full-power power take-off, with reliable performance and suitable for long-term operation. The fire monitor can be controlled wirelessly by 150m.
2) 70L/S, range 70m, fire-fighting performance is better than rivals; automatic type B foam mixing system, mixing ratio 0.5-10%, wide foam application range.
3) The vehicle fire protection system adopts intelligent control and electric operation, which is simple and convenient to operate.
3. The whole vehicle has a 100m wireless remote control operation, and it can be operated wirelessly for boarding actions, dismantling operations, fire fighting, and lifting, making vehicle operations safer.
4. The operation is intelligent, and the vehicle can be deployed and retracted with one button; the dismantled equipment is automatically positioned for picking and placing, and the equipment replacement can be completed within 300s.
5. The driving state of the demolition device is directly connected to the head of the boom, and the on-site disaster rescue operation is quick (reaching the working position within 120s).
6. With automatic lubrication system, vehicle maintenance is simple and efficient.
7. The fire-fighting operation height is 19m, the demolition operation height is 21.5m, the fire-fighting operation range is 15m, and the demolition operation range is 16.7m. The operation performance is domestically leading.
