Features:
1. Ensure that there is no permanent deformation during product operation; sand blasting and rust removal are done inside and outside the tank, which increases the anti-corrosion ability and service life;
2. The tank body adopts a horizontal and round simplified style, and a flat head structure with pull-over edges. The tank has a low center of mass and stable operation;
3. The wiring of the circuit system is concealed, and waterproof joints are used to ensure the safety and reliability of use;
4. The anti-wave partition is installed inside the tank to reduce the impact of the liquid on the tank during the full load of the vehicle and ensure the smooth driving of the vehicle;
5. The upper part of the tank body is equipped with quick opening manholes, and guard rails are installed on both sides of the tank roof to ensure the safe operation of the operator on the roof of the vehicle;
6. The steel pipes are all seamless steel pipes, and the valves are made of high-quality quick-open straight-through ball valves and four-position three-way ball valves, which are convenient for quick opening and discharging of media;
7. The power take-off adopts products produced by professional manufacturers, with large output power and torque, high working reliability, long running time and stable work;
8. Self-priming sprinkler pump has the characteristics of large displacement, high head, strong self-priming ability and high reliability;
9. A long-range high-pressure water gun (spray gun) is installed at the rear of the vehicle to achieve long-distance spraying, and the nozzle can be adjusted to achieve columnar and atomizing spraying operations;
10. The wine spraying pipeline is equipped with pneumatic ball valves and stainless steel ball valves, which can realize automatic and manual dual control, and can directly control the wine spraying operation in the cab, which is easy to operate;
11. The tank body is equipped with a water level gauge and a low water level alarm system, which is convenient for the driver to control the spraying operation status.
