Product Description
1. The boiler body is a double boiler vertical water and heat boiler shell and tube boiler.
2. The water wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are convection and heating surfaces, the convection heating surface of the threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum, the whole arch is heat Protector shell.
3. A plurality of cigarette tubes are arranged inside the drum, and the left and right sides of the furnace are provided with water cooling walls of the light pipes. Some of the rising pipes are drawn toward the hearth to form the top of the furnace, and the bottom of the drum is hung with refractory bricks which are not directly exposed to the radiation of the high temperature flame. Below the symmetrical two convection flue, using hand grate, equipped with drums, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.
