Product Description
1. Chain grate steam boiler combustion part of the double grate combustion chamber, heating, booster fast, unburnt gas after secondary combustion, play a full combustion, smoke, dust removal.
2. The bent water pipe arranged on the upper part of the furnace body is convection and heat-affected zone. The grate pipe and the furnace grate arranged at the lower part of the furnace body are the radiant heat-affected zones, the furnace body structure and the flue gas flow are reasonable in layout and good in heat transfer. The boiler is reasonable in design and simple in structure , Convenient operation and maintenance, small area and less investment in infrastructure. It is one of the ideal equipments for producing steam and heating for small enterprises and institutions.
3. Air from the blower into the total air duct through the bottom of the air chamber into the grate on both sides of the air duct, and then through their adjustable fan-shaped fan door into the air chamber, through the chain grate coal seam into the furnace
