Product Description
The boiler is Double boiler barrel longitudinal chain grate furnace which is arranged indoor. The boiler has following features:
1. The boiler is natural circulation steam heating boiler, economizer to water into the boiler barrel, by convection tubes into the drum, natural circulation between the upper and lower boiler barrel, by arrangement down at the lower drum on the tube box set into the wall, heat in water wall evaporation, water and the vapor mixture into the drum, the drum inside the equipment carries on the steam separation after qualified exhaust steam boiler through the main steam piping.
2. Using natural blanking, the burning of the converter.
3. The boiler with a large furnace, equipped with front, back arch, combined with biomass fuel, high volatility, fixed carbon content is low, easy to burn characteristics, the front and back arch high and short, so as to achieve uniform combustion of fuel on the grate
4. The fire grate adopts the air supply on both sides of the compartment, The boiler is designed according to the indoor single layer layout, and the elevation of the operation layer is 0 meters.
