Product Description
YYW series oil thermal heater boiler is forced-circulation fuel oil (gas) boiler.
This boiler have large heating area and compact structure. The heating surface is composed of inner, middle, outer (or inner, outer) coil pipes. Inner coil pipe is the radiation heating surfae. Middle and outer pipe and the outer surface of inner pipe form the convection heating surface.
The fuel burner in the combustion chamber which is composed of inner coil pipe. After absorbing most of heat by the radiation heating surface, high temperature smoke enters the convection heating surface and makes heat transfer.
The efficient four-pass design enables comprehensive and uniform heating, with low thermal inertia. The air comes from the front of the burner into the boiler. Then through the jacket between the boiler's inner and outer layers, it reaches the rear and participates in combustion. In the process the smoke experiences four passes and finally is discharged from the chimney.
